
Moazzam Sheikh is the author of two short story collections, The Idol Lover and Other Stories, 2010 and Café Le Whore and Other Stories, 2013. He edited A Letter From India: Contemporary Pakistani Short Stories, 2004. He has translated Intizar Husain's stories. He recently guest-edited a critically acclaimed special issue of Chicago Quarterly Review on South Asian American Writing, 2017. He was born and raised in Lahore, Pakistan, and moved to the US in 1985. Sheikh is currently a librarian at San Francisco Public Library. 📷
